Welcome to Thoroughbred Vehicle Restoration @ the Barn.
Our aim is to give new life to older vehicles, by means of restoration or modification.
Here are a few examples of what we do....

TVR Griffith 4.0L
TVR Griffith 1992. Purchased as a low mileage, accident damaged car and returned to the road after some fairly major front end surgery. Used as a summer driver but has also completed a fair few laps of our local race track.

Chimaera Race Car Development
This Chimaera race car is gradually being constructed and was first used to develop a whole new roll cage structure to current regs (by FabricageUK ) and allowing for the taller than average driver.

TVR Griffith Road & Track Car
A slightly more ambitious project, this TVR Griffith Road & Track car started out as a bare chassis restoration. A lightweight body has been created from a damaged shell and incorporates a removeable front upper and lower clam, bolt-in roll cage with a bulkhead cross rail supporting the steering column, pedal box and dash.

TVR Tasmin Race Car
Sporting a Ford 2.9L V6 BOA engine, this TVR Tasmin race car has been used by a number of TVR DUNLOP CHALLENGE SERIES drivers as an entry level car before progressing to more powerful cars like the TVR CHALLENGE TUSCAN. This car is currently undergoing a refresh of all safety equipment, new plexiglass all round, and a few improvements such as wiring loom replacement.
